I’m Catherine, a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, whose mission is to help women who’ve tried everything to ditch dieting, lose weight, have more energy and feel less stressed.
I know that what you eat affects much more than just your weight. It affects your energy, your confidence and your self-esteem. More than anything, I am passionate about helping women to feel good about themselves. If you are looking for the fastest way to lose weight, I can’t help you with that. What I can do is support you to create sustainable and lasting change through simple and effective actions that complement your busy life and improve your health.
As an expert in dietary analysis I will work with you to create a personalised meal plan crafted to blend into your busy life. I believe that food (and life!) should be about enjoyment and pleasure so we will focus on creating an personalised and realistic plan to support you to reach your health and weight loss goals without leaving you feeling deprived. Nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress are all intricately linked and will also inform the basis of our work together.
