Enso Martial Arts - Cottam

Enso Martial Arts are passionate about passing on the knowledge, disciplines and benefits of studying the traditional martial art of Japanese Ju Jitsu. Our mission is to encourage our students, whatever their age or ability, to gain confidence, empowering them to push themselves further than they ever imagined. Using fun, discipline and teamwork to engage students, giving them the physical skills and mental toughness to take on any challenge they set themselves.
Our Ju Jitsu classes run in Preston, Bolton, Lytham and Burnley. We have evening classes in the community as well as numerous after-school clubs in the area. Our junior and senior lessons are £5 each, with the first one for free.
