You can choose from 4 levels of support depending on your individual needs. You will receive targets based on your personal characteristics as well as 1-2-1 support from your very own coach, access to recipes and lots of ideas and tips to help support, motivate and provide encouragement from the My Health Revolution community.
You do not need to follow a meal plan, you have the freedom to eat and drink the foods that you love and enjoy. Through an array of webinars and videos you will learn about nutrition and be able to develop new mindsets and behaviours that enable you to lead the lifestyle you desire.
