I'm qualified and experienced manual therapist offering Sports Therapy and Remedial Massage (also known as Sports Massage) from my clinic base near Fair Oak. I also offer Relaxation and Pregnancy Massage. As a working mum of 2 small boys I understand the impact a busy lifestyle can have on the body. Tense shoulders, back ache from carrying those little (or not so little!) bundles around, sleep deprivation and cold coffee to name a few. I specialise in the area of sports performance support and injuries, but many of my clients come to me just for some treatment, care and time out for themselves.
