Once your My VIP Rewards Subscription has been purchased, you will need to download the My VIP Rewards App and log in to see your virtual card.

By Tapping the virtual card within the app your My VIP Rewards subscription will be shown, with a valid until the expiry date shown.  You are entering into a rolling contact with My VIP Virtual card Limited t/a My VIP Rewards, My VIP Virtual card Limited (The Issuer) and this subscription can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis.

Your My VIP Rewards Membership number can and may be used to track your virtual card usage.

My VIP Rewards is issued by and remains the property of The Issuer and we reserve the right to withdraw the subscription at any time.

The Issuer reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme at any time without notice.

My VIP Rewards is to be used by the purchaser unless stated that you are buying as a gift, the name of the virtual cardholder must be specified at the time of purchase.

Your subscription is strictly non-transferable and so cannot be used by either friends or other third parties, however, members of your household can use the virtual card at the discretion of the vendor, this does not extend to a family who lives outside of your address, proof of address may be required.

To qualify for the savings stated on the website, the virtual card must be presented at the time of payment, where possible this must be in person. 

Online businesses will require you to provide your membership number and they will present you with an online discount code.

Businesses can ask to see your My VIP Rewards virtual card at any time so please bear this in mind when using codes, codes must not be shared with people who have not purchased the My VIP Rewards subscription. 

Please check the terms and conditions of the offer you are interested in before making a purchase. These will be stipulated in the vendor’s terms and conditions and are in no way the responsibility of the issuer. 

Where a Retailer requires you to pre-book (e.g., hairdresser, restaurant) you should state at the time of booking that you intend to use your My VIP Rewards subscription to access the offered discount.

In all other circumstances, you must inform the Retailer that you have a My VIP Rewards subscription immediately prior to the point of purchase 

When redeeming a discount that requires a discount code, this must be used at the time of purchase.  Your subscription number must be given when redeeming the service, savings cannot be applied retrospectively.

My VIP Rewards do not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged virtual cards.

My VIP Rewards reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the virtual cardholder has used the virtual card in breach of these conditions or has been abused.

Businesses reserve the right to leave the scheme by giving 30 days’ notice.

My VIP Rewards are not responsible for any complaints or issues with the individual businesses offering savings, these must be bought up with the businesses themselves.

Refunds will not be issued if you have problems with the service you receive from our business partners, this must be put in writing to the business concerned, however, please let us know if you have experienced difficulties.

Savings may not be redeemed for cash.

At My VIP Rewards discretion, we may exchange products or services on the virtual card for a similar reward at any time.

If you have lost your My VIP Rewards log in please contact us and we will assist you in logging back in.

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to issue a Virtual Card and may withdraw a Virtual card from a participant at any time.

Alcohol is sold at participating outlets during licensing hours only to customers aged 18 years or over. My VIP Rewards will not be held responsible for alcohol purchases and age checks are the responsibility of the establishment offering the product for sale

My VIP Rewards will not be under any obligation to become involved in any dispute between you and any participating Retailer. Any complaints should be taken up with the participating Retailer.

My VIP Rewards is not to be re-sold.

By registering to participate in the My VIP Rewards Scheme you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, mobile phone number, email address and date of birth. 

We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 (and any other applicable data protection laws) and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, or destruction. 

The Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information and is incorporated by reference into the Terms. Except as required by law, or in accordance with the Terms and the Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other person without your permission.

You have the right to cancel My VIP Rewards at any time however a refund will not be issued.

My VIP Rewards will not be responsible for any indirect losses, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages, lost opportunities, loss of profits, anticipated profits, actual or anticipated savings.

My VIP Rewards does not limit its liability at law for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited.

The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The above terms and conditions are valid from November 30th 2017 until further notice.

My VIP Rewards Limited reserve the right to remove any business from the scheme without warning.
